  • Extreme inability to talk in public
  • Trembling when spoke to or approached
  • Nausea during intense anxiety

You must know that fighting social phobia begins when you say “NO’’ to social fear and intimidation. It may not be easy, but tackling your social anxiety is necessary so that you can be the best you can be when it comes to school, career, and social relationships.
