Out of my head

by Emily Foster
(QLD)

I've been in recovery from my Depression for 2 and half years. I'm better I know I am but, I live with this parlaysing fear that I'll relapse. Every single day, for the last 2 years I've controlled, it's the only thing that keeps me sane. But that fear is always there, it consumes me. I just want it out of my head. HELP ME, I don't want to live with this fear anymore.

Thanks, Emily
